I purchased a car from here and the service was ridiculous. I arranged to pick it up at 10am, got told to go away and come back for 2-3 hours, which was not possible when I lived 2hrs away. When the car finally arrived, there was so much missing. They were running around grabbing tires from similar vehicles. The bloke who cleaned the cars / mechanic (?) was the only genuine bloke. Don’t get your hopes up buying from here. The advertisement was also completely incorrect, and listed all these false features which weren’t on the car.

Called Roy one hour prior to pre-agreed inspection just to make sure the car is still available. Arrived with my mechanics on time. Roy ignored me and talked directly to my mechanics in instead. Wow. Mechanics inspection is usually not allowed without deposit. Price is non negotiable and has been non negotiable for 15 years. Test drive is not allowed unless you’re happy with everything with the car and happy with the price.

Sold me a lemon that needed a new transmission in 2 weeks after buying it. They didn’t replace the car. Only tried to get it fixed - I had no car for nearly 8 months. The car wasn’t fixed and still doesn’t drive. the dealership maintains it’s not their fault or position to replace the car or return my money. Don’t buy from here they are crooks.

Went in and put a deposit down on a car I was told was a diesel. Didn't bother me that much just told them I would look at somthing else. When we waited over a week before other cars came in I asked for my deposit back. After multiple tries and then threatening them with the police I finally got it back. The guy we spoke to had absolutely no idea about cars. Even the owner was embarrassed. You can clearly see the fake reviews they have bought to make them look reptuable. Avoid.

Hi, I would like to give honest review about this place. Good that I wait 10 months for it to write some facts. I can't say that place is really bad because my car didn't blow up in this time but... just to make people aware. Same as I would like to know more before buy: Don't think that you go to a car dealer and you have peace of mind even with a warranty. I bought my Holden Cruze for around 7100$. Car was super clean but that what they do to looks more attractive. Tyres was shiny like brand new but that was first thing which I had to replace because my mechanic after first 10k said that there are cracks. Top of that rotator for my brakes was very worn and needed to replace ( because brakes are maintained part of car I knew it will be not under warranty ). After fix that I was driving okay for few month where have to do another repairs on my own. On some stage, it has an engine oil leak. Now when we have to sell car nobody wants to buy without rwc even if it's still under car dealer's warranty. During rwc test service and that shocks leaking and have another oil leak.... I don't have extra cash for repairs just to get rwc so decided call Unique cars to ask if they couls buy back this car and need this repair for 750$. They offer me 1500$.... and said that is what they usually pay for Holden Cruze... People there was going nice with paper work, car is clean when u buying but as car dealer's like to do, in my opinion more serious problems try to skip and let you do. Btw I am selling my car because my mechanic said that gearbox couls blow up.in next couple months. Still good but start sounds bad when changing gears. Obviously gearboxe should be under warranty but my warranty cover up to 2k. Fix gearboxe there is around 4k... so I should pay rest anyway....
